Why coaching?

Everyone needs a coach. Hey, even Micheal Jordan had a coach! However, here is what we believe makes a good coach: a good coach is someone who takes you further than you could have ever gone on your own. That’s the difference… Understand our goal isn’t to “catch you up to speed” or “get you on par” with what we do… NO! Our promise is to help provide you with the knowledge and tools to help you go even further.

How it happens?

We provide coaching in numerous formats: team sessions, one-on-one calls or in-person video zoom meetings, and through coaching cohorts.

What is so different about your process?

After our initial sessions together you pick the specific topics where you want to go deeper. We don’t offer one-size fits all solutions, because everyone is different. You might be more risk adverse, you might already have a degree in marketing, you might have a fine-tuned purchasing process - we get it, and so we offer to tailor our process specifically to you.

Understandable. We know there are a lot of self proclaimed “experts” out there. At the end of the day, we stake our names and reputations on the quality of service we provide. So we would caution you before you sign up for a “deal” in coaching, do your due-diligence. There is nothing worse than getting a “deal” on a class, then showing up feeling like you bought a ticket for a luxury cruise, but realizing you’re being crammed into a life-raft… unfortunately, we know that feeling from experience and so our commitment to you is that it will never be yours.

What are they?

1031 exchanges allow you to sell one investment property and roll all the proceeded of that sale into another investment property

How are the conducted?

You have to have an intermediary act as the agent during the exchange. You personally are not allowed to touch any of the money during the sale and purchase of the exchange. There are several documents that we will file with the IRS to execute the transaction.

Ok, how much do you charge?

Most firms that conduct 1031 exchanges charge a flat rate and will then retain any interest gained by the money they are holding for you. We're different in that we only charge a flat rate, all interest on the money you house with use will proceed to your future purchase.
