How Our Process Works

Accredited Services Used in Each Step

1. All of our properties are owned by us. All taxes and fees are up-to-date on all the properties. You should verify this by calling the respective County Recorders Office or County Assessors Office. They can tell you who owns specific properties in the county and if there are any unpaid taxes ect.

2. We collect payments via MoonClerk on our website. They are a secure payment processing platform, none of your personal information is stored or transmitted on our site. We also use Stripe payments, they are the most secure service in accepting online payments.


3. We use SignNow for our contracts. They are an accredited and legal online signing platform under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

4. Recording the Deed depends on the county. Some counties we can do this online, others we need wet signatures for. Depending on the county you are buying in, you can receive the deed in as quickly as 24 hours, others it will take up to 14 days.
