What gets me up in the Morning?

Love my family. Grew up seeing my dad work really hard and I'll never forget, when he took a break people would ask him what his hobby was and he'd say "my family".

Knowing each day holds the opportunity to help someone develop themselves further and go beyond what they thought they could on their own. Some days that is friends or family, other days it's colleagues or clients, either way empowering others pushes me to find and take my next best step as well.

  1. How much extra fees should I expect, like document fees or closing costs?

No hidden costs on any of our pricing. The price you see is the price you get. You're looking at a property and thinking "Hey, $500 down. I can do that! $250 a month! Great!" And guess what, that price you see is the price you'll pay. No documentation fees, no additional tax, no filing fees. The price you see is the price you get. You might ask how do we do that? We cut out all the middle men in the land buying process. Normally you would pay for a realtor, title agency, closing lawyer ect. We can do all of those things in house. If you want to work through one of those, that's great! Just understand the costs associated with those third parties.

  1. Who really owns these properties?

We own all our properties free and clear. That means the deed is in our name, the taxes are paid, and if there are HOA fees those are paid. We will never list a property that we are trying to work through back taxes or ownership issues on. That is on us to resolve before listing a property.

  1. How does owner financing work?

Owner financing means you, the buyer, and us, the seller, agree to a payment period and monthly price. You make those monthly payments and at the end of the term, we send you the notarized recorded deed. We have the owner financing terms listed on each of our property pages and the price you see is still the price you get. If you choose to purchase a property under owner financed terms with us we will always pay the taxes and other fees on that property during the length of your payment period. Once that period is over and you have the deed in hand. You will then be responsible for paying those yearly costs.

  1. These prices are competitive and your guarantees and payment options give me flexibility, is there a catch?

We’ve spent a lot of time and energy building our process. We are able to get rid of the middle men and pass that savings on to you. We bring the freedom of land ownership into reach for everyone, we can't do that if we price everyone out and don't work with them.

  1. But what about my credit... it's... not the best.

We get it. Some people have skeleton's in the closet. And some people, have skeleton's that have skeleton's in the closet. We'll never do a credit check on you. In part of building trust, we trust that you'll make your payments. However we understand that sometimes life happens too. If you happen to miss two monthly payments we will take back ownership of the property. No litigation or anything like that. What we'll do when you are ready again, is the money you have paid us towards that property we will honor towards any one of of current properties. We don't want you to throw your money away and if you buy with us, we stick with you. Regardless of life's unfortunate events when you decide to purchase with us, you WILL own a property outright and free.

  1. What is Save A Warrior Foundation?

Save A Warrior Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps service member recover from Post Traumatic Stress. Austin and Zach are veterans with deployment experience in Iraq and Afghanistan and understand the stresses a lot of service members face in coming back home.
